For security purposes, the payment card is blocked, including if you have entered the PIN code incorrectly several times in a row. In this case, to unblock the card, you need to contact your bank or the card will be unblocked automatically the next day or 24 hours after blocking. If necessary, the PIN code can be changed in the Internet bank, mobile application, contact center or bank branch. If this is not possible, and you cannot remember the PIN code, the payment card will have to be reissued.
