Armed and knife fight in Gaziantep: 1 dead, 2 injured

One person died and two people were injured in a gun-knife fight that broke out in the Şahinbey district of Gaziantep.

According to the Anadolu Agency, an argument broke out between two groups in the Güneykent Neighborhood for an unknown reason. When the argument turned into a fight, AA was injured with a gun and 2 people, whose names could not be learned, were injured with a knife.

Upon notification from the people around, the police and 112 Emergency Health teams were dispatched to the area. AA, one of the injured who was taken to various hospitals in the city by the health teams, could not be saved despite the intervention.

Police teams started an operation to catch the suspects who escaped after the incident.
