BREAKING NEWS: President Erdogan met with the President of Serbia

The Directorate of Communications made the following statement: During the meeting, bilateral relations between Turkey and Serbia , regional and global issues were discussed. President Erdoğan stated that the friendship and solidarity between the two countries were strengthened, that Turkey wishes for a new government to be established in Serbia as soon as possible and for peace and stability to be maintained, and that they will continue to develop bilateral relations with the new government that will be formed.

President Erdoğan stated that the joint efforts made to increase the areas of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the defense industry, are expected to bear fruit in the near future.

During the meeting, President Erdoğan expressed his sadness for Vucic's accident with his official car on February 8 and also conveyed his get well wishes.

Serbian President Vucic also congratulated President Erdoğan on his birthday.
