Moments full of fear! 550-year-old plane tree in the garden of the historical mosque fell

The incident occurred at around 21:00 in the garden of the İshakpaşa Mosque in the İnegöl district. The 550-year-old Eastern Plane Tree in the garden of the İshakpaşa Mosque, which was built approximately 600 years ago by İshakpaşa, a statesman from the reign of Fatih Sultan Mehmet and Bayezid II, fell down on the mosque by its roots for an unknown reason.

As pieces of the tree trunk leaning against the wall of the mosque fell, police and firefighters were dispatched to the area upon notification from people in the area. The teams, who carried out an investigation, started work to remove the tree.
