Second round of Ukraine-Russia summit! 'We received the solution proposal'

Peace talks between Ukraine and Russia will resume today at the Çırağan Palace in Istanbul. Delegations from the two countries are expected to meet at 13:00. Prior to the meeting, heavy security measures were taken in the area, and local and foreign press members gathered in front of the Palace from the early hours of the morning.

Vladimir Medinskiy, an advisor to Russian President Vladimir Putin who chaired the negotiations in Istanbul, announced that they had received the memorandum containing Ukraine's proposed solution. Stating that the document was presented in both Ukrainian and English, Medinskiy said that this situation did not pose a problem for them.
