Shocking 90-degree bridge in India

Announced nearly 10 years ago in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh and planned to strengthen the connection between Mahamai Ka Bagh, Pushpa Nagar and New Bhopal, the 648-meter bridge has become a topic of discussion on social media due to security concerns, instead of providing the expected transportation convenience.
According to Ntv.com, after the images were leaked , Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched an investigation into the faulty design of the bridge and announced that seven engineers, including two chief engineers, who were involved in the project were immediately dismissed. An administrative investigation was also launched into a retired chief engineer.
CONSULTANT FIRM BLACKLISTED Both the construction agency and the consultant firm that designed the project have been blacklisted. The project’s chief engineer, VD Verma, argued in his defense that this design was forced due to the limited land available and the nearby metro station. The local government is now planning to purchase additional land to ensure a safer turn on the bridge.
