The Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office issued a detention order for four suspects, including Beykoz Mayor Alaattin Köseler, on charges of "rigging a tender."

WHO IS BEYKOZ MAYOR ALAATTİN KÖSELER?

Alaattin Köseler was born in Paşabahçe in 1960. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Beykoz. Alaattin Köseler graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Architecture in 1983 and started his master's degree at Mimar Sinan University, Department of Interior Architecture after his military service in Mamak, Ankara. Köseler, who is a member of TMMOB (Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects), is married and has one child. Alaattin Köseler was elected as the new Mayor of Beykoz in the local elections on March 31, 2024.
