15 thousand lira fine for dangerous dismantling in evacuated building in Avcılar

The incident occurred today at noon on Talimhane Street in Merkez Mahallesi. The employees of the company that was contracted to demolish the 4-storey building included in the scope of urban transformation started to remove the shutters that will be used for recycling. The workers, who did not take precautions during the work, threw the shutters they removed from the apartment on the third floor of the building onto the street. After a passerby recorded it with a mobile phone camera and shared it on social media, the municipality teams that were dispatched to the area fined the demolition company 15 thousand liras.
