Giant holding company applied! Another bankruptcy request after KFC and Pizza Hut

Turkey's giant holding company İş Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. has requested composition for another company after KFC and Pizza Hut.
According to the news on HalkTV, the court gave a three-month temporary respite after the application made for the Krispy Kreme Food Company.
A three-person commissioner board was appointed for Krispy Kreme, which has a total of 78 branches. It was understood that the company, which has a debt of 31 million, fell into difficulty because İş Gıda was a guarantor for its debts.
He requested a composition for İş Gıda Sanayi AŞ, İş Gıda Dağıtım AŞ and Peyman Kuruyemiş Gıda AŞ.
The group, which employs nearly 6,000 people, made a similar request for Krispy Kreme Foods.
The application was made to the Istanbul Anatolian 3rd Commercial Court of First Instance on February 17. According to the case file, the company's debt is around 31 million lira. The company has 78 branches and around 430 employees.
