Docket No : 2024/12 Defendant : Mehmet Akif GÜNEŞ - Son of Osman and Abide, born in Tokat on June 9, 1979. In the lawsuit filed against you by the plaintiff, Hüseyin FİDAN, for the Dissolution of Partnership (Joint Ownership), you have requested the sale of the immovable property numbered 22, block 2346, in Topçubağı Neighborhood, Central District of Tokat Province, in which you are a shareholder, and the distribution of the sale price among the partners in proportion to their shares. Our court issued a summons to the address specified in the petition, informing you of the hearing date; however, due to your inability to locate your address, service was not possible. Since no results were obtained from the address search, it was decided to file the petition, the preliminary record, and publicly notify you of the hearing date.

Hearing Date: 16/10/2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tokat Civil Court of Peace. You are requested to appear in person or have yourself represented by an attorney. If you do not follow up on the case, the trial will continue in your absence. In accordance with Articles 28 to 31 of the Notification Law No. 7201, the defendant Mehmet Akif Güneş will be notified of the hearing date by announcement 15 days after the newspaper announcement date.
