TMSF put its shares in two energy companies up for sale

TMSF 's announcement regarding the sale of RHG Enertürk and Muradiye Elektrik shares was published in today's Official Gazette . According to two separate announcements published in the Official Gazette, the tender , the estimated price of which is 1.8 billion lira for Muradiye Elektrik and 4.6 billion lira for RHG Enertürk, will be held by open tender method by applying the closed bidding and open auction methods together, with the terms and conditions specified in the "Terms and Conditions".

Within the scope of the specification fees of 200 million lira, a security deposit of 90 million lira must be paid in order to participate in the tender for the sale of Muradiye Elektrik, and 230 million lira for RHG Enertürk, and bids must be submitted by 16:30 on April 7.

RHG Enertürk's tender will be held on April 8 at 10:00, and Muradiye Elektrik's will be held on April 9 at 10:00 at the TMSF building in Esentepe.
