Smartiks Software Inc. (SMART) made a statement regarding the contract renewal with Koç Digital Solutions Inc. in its notification.

There is a Consultancy Service Agreement between the two companies. Within the scope of this agreement, it was stated that the software development agreement for the projects of artificial intelligence and IOT (Internet of Things) - Internet of Things and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) - Production Execution System was renewed with the Additional Protocol notified on February 21, 2025. Within the scope of this agreement, the sales revenue obtained in the accounting period of 2024 was announced as 32,444,643, 90 TL.

It was stated that the revised protocol for 2025 is expected to have a similar positive impact on turnover.

Within the scope of the current agreement, the sales revenue obtained in the accounting period of 2024 was realized as 32,444,643.90 TL including VAT. The updated protocol for 2025 is expected to have a similar positive impact on turnover. We present it to the public."
