Abdulkadir Çay was appointed as the General Manager of the Press Advertisement Agency.

Çay, who previously worked at various media and think tanks, had served as General Manager of the SETA Foundation since 2013. The new appointment was announced in today's Official Gazette.

Abdulkadir Çay graduated from Sakarya University's Department of Public Administration in 2000 and began his master's degree at the Gebze Institute of Technology the same year. Çay, who has participated in more than 60 foreign trade initiatives in 25 different countries, has been involved in civil society activities since his high school years. Having served as General Manager of the SETA Foundation since 2013, Çay was appointed General Manager of the Press Advertisement Agency.
