Business people's 30 million lira worth of jeeps were torched!

The fire that broke out in the parked jeeps of business people in Sarıyer was extinguished by the fire department. When security cameras were examined, it was determined that 2 jeeps worth approximately 30 million lira were set on fire by an unidentified person. The police started an operation to catch the suspect.

The incident occurred at around 02:00 in a housing estate in Emirgan Neighborhood. Those who saw the parked jeep with the registration number 34 K 7770 belonging to businesswoman Karin O. (54) and the jeep with the registration number 34 RP 2222 belonging to businesswoman Gürkan T. (64) burning, reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Firefighters who arrived at the scene upon the report extinguished the fire. The vehicles worth approximately 30 million liras were rendered unusable after the fire.

POURED GASOLINE ON THE JEEPS AND BURNED THEM

In an effort to determine the source of the fire, security cameras of the site were examined. The footage showed an unidentified person coming to the front of the site, pouring gasoline on the vehicles and then setting them on fire.
