A new wave of operations has been added to CHP municipalities.

Within the scope of the "bribery" investigation launched by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a detention warrant was issued for Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Böcek and two other people.

In a statement made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Böcek and his ex-daughter-in-law Zeynep Kerimoğlu were detained, and that Böcek's son Mustafa Gökhan Böcek, for whom there is a detention warrant, is abroad.

The statement said, "In the investigation carried out against three suspects for two different acts of bribery, search, seizure and detention operations were carried out."

Provincial Police Department Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Department teams continue their search operations at the addresses of those detained.
