Royal Family LIVE: Prince Harry stuck at 'crossroads' as Sussexes 'branch off' - expert
Prince Harry is said to be stuck at a "crossroads" with his career and post-Megxit identity, as the Sussexes appear to be "branching off" with different goals for their future, according to a royal commentator. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who were last night spotted together in New York City, made their sensational departure from the Royal Family in 2020 and have since ventured out in different business directions.
Most recently, the duke appeared to focus on his philanthropic endeavours and charity work. At the same time, Meghan has been big on promoting her business ventures - she launched her Netflix show With Love, Meghan, her lifestyle brand, As Ever, and her new podcast series, Confessions of a Female Founder. But royal commentator Bronte Coy noted on the couple's different points of focus, telling The Sun: "I sort of get the impression that Harry would be really happy to just sort of be surfing and doing some charity duties every once in a while but that's clearly not Megan's focus and this that in itself is a is a relatively relatable issue.
"When couples reach those points where they're branching off with different goals for their long-term future. Megan wants to be a billionaire celebrity. I think Harry appears to be happy to just do a few charity engagements and focus on those things that he likes."
