Everyone with an Amazon Prime account must know this important date next month

Amazon is back with another big Prime Day sale, and it's definitely not an event those who subscribe to this service want to miss. Prime Day always offers up plenty of tech treats with huge discounts usually available across a range of products, including phones, headphones, TVs and tablets. This year, it's been confirmed that brands including Bose, Dyson, Lego, Shark and Sonos will see their prices slashed.

If that sounds enticing, then Tuesday, July 8th is the date you need to pop in your diary as this is when the 2025 deals showcase begins.

Amazon says it will then run for 4 days and will end on Friday, July 11.

"With the summer shopping event returning, for the first time for 4 days, Prime members have double the time to shop millions of deals with savings on pantry staples and snacks for summer gatherings to home-improvement must-haves, back-to-school supplies, health and personal care finds, family-favorite toys, best-selling books, pet essentials, and even premium and luxury splurges," Amazon confirmed.

There's no word just yet on what products will feature in the event, but Amazon almost always cuts the cost of its own devices, such as Echo speakers, Fire TV Sticks and Kindles.

In the past, we've also seen Sony headphones reduced in price along with Samsung Galaxy devices, laptops and wireless earbuds.

New for this year, Amazon says it will also introduce "Today’s Big Deals" which will feature daily themes curated exclusively for Prime members, including limited-time ‘New Deal Drop’ deals launching at midnight every day throughout the shopping event.

Of course, to get the offers, you will need to be a Prime member which costs £8.99 per month.

If you don't have Prime and fancy joining the price cut party then Amazon is currently offering a 30-day free trial which means you can sign up now and enjoy the sale without paying the usual fee.

Just make sure you cancel within a month or you will be charged.
