Une banque en ligne populaire propose un service permettant à ses clients de se faire payer leurs factures. Les clients de Monzo peuvent bénéficier de ce service s'ils possèdent un compte spécifique et règlent leurs factures directement depuis ce compte.

Cette fonctionnalité, appelée Billsback , est disponible pour les abonnés Monzo Extra, Perks et Max. Elle explique : « Chaque mois, vous aurez la possibilité de vous faire rembourser vos factures, jusqu’à 150 £ par facture. Nous remboursons au moins 1 000 factures chaque mois . »

Il est précisé que pour être éligible, vous devez posséder un abonnement Monzo Extra, Perks ou Max. « Toute facture supérieure à 1 £, émise par l'un de nos fournisseurs partenaires et réglée depuis votre compte personnel, est éligible au remboursement. Les paiements par prélèvement automatique et par carte Mastercard sont inclus. »

Si vous avez un compte joint, il suffit qu'une seule personne soit abonnée à Extra, Perks ou Max pour que vos factures communes éligibles puissent bénéficier du remboursement. En revanche, si vous êtes tous les deux abonnés, vous devez tous les deux avoir activé l'option de remboursement.

Vous n'avez rien à faire pour participer. Cela signifie que si Monzo sélectionne votre facture (par tirage au sort), le montant sera automatiquement remboursé sur votre compte (jusqu'à 150 £).
