From Bellevue Asset Management: Capitell appoints Head of Portfolio Management

Adam Choragwicki is taking over as head of the portfolio management team at Capitell in Frankfurt. The asset manager brings expertise in multi-asset strategies. In his new role, he will be responsible for the further development of the investment approach with a focus on tactical asset allocation, risk management, and AI-supported analytics.

Choragwicki has 18 years of experience in the asset management industry. He began his career in 2007 as a Portfolio Manager for Global Fixed Income at DWS Invest. He then worked at Helaba Invest , Star Capital, and the Bellevue Group , where he focused on multi-asset strategies that incorporate equities and commodities into allocation decisions alongside bonds.

Team to be further expanded

Together with board member and CIO Chris-Oliver Schickentanz, Choragwicki plans to optimize investment processes and align tactical asset allocation more consistently with market conditions in the coming months. For example, model-based analytics and AI will be increasingly used in multi-asset strategies. Furthermore, the portfolio management team and knowledge transfer within the team will be expanded.
