Artificial intelligence and marketing are merging more and more

Almost everyone now uses AI tools like chatbots in their daily work. AI agents—or agentic AI—are also already establishing themselves on a large scale. That's at least the finding of a survey of 400 AI decision-makers from IT and marketing in Germany. They also revealed where they see the greatest potential for these agents.
