Fitch Ratings has lowered the long- and short-term national risk ratings of Intercam Banco, Intercam Grupo Financiero, CIBanco , and Vector Casa de Bolsa, placing them on negative watch following the U.S. Treasury Department's warning of potential weaknesses in anti -money laundering .
