Around 10:10 p.m., while he was riding a 450cc motocross bike in this neighborhood known for its repeated shootings against a backdrop of drug trafficking, he was spotted by police officers from the Anti-Crime Brigade (BAC). Sirano M., 28, was taken into custody.
