A stone's throw from his Michelin-starred restaurant in Chassagne, Édouard Mignot has invested, since March, in a wasteland to turn it into a large vegetable garden whose production ensures the supply of all his establishments.
"Our customers have the right to quality products." This is how Édouard Mignot simply sums up what motivated his latest project: the creation last March of a market garden whose production is entirely intended for his restaurants.
