Damparis: Why did the mayor withdraw his delegations from Marie-Rose Guibelin?

In an already tense climate, Michel Giniès has withdrawn his delegations from his deputy, Marie-Rose Guibelain, whom he accuses of having gone into opposition. She denies being faithful to her campaign promises, sometimes at the risk of voting against the majority. The municipal council will have to meet to vote on whether to maintain her position as deputy.

This withdrawal of delegation sparked a strong public outcry, which resulted in the circulation of a petition calling for Marie-Rose Guibelin to remain in office. Faced with these reactions, although he is not required to justify the withdrawal of delegations, Michel Giniès nevertheless wished to provide clarification via the municipal Facebook page, citing a "breakdown of trust" with his deputy in a situation that has become delicate.
