The 13-year-old who ran over Cecilia De Astis has escaped (but has been tracked down).

He had escaped from the Bergamo community where he had been placed, but the 13-year-old who was driving the stolen car that killed Cecilia De Astis last Monday was tracked down in Milan.
The alarm was raised by the owners of the facility where the 13-year-old was staying, who, realizing he was missing, alerted 112. A few hours later, the young man was intercepted by a police car in the Cermenate area of Milan. The 13-year-old was then returned to the community in the Bergamo area.
Investigations to track down the last boyMeanwhile, Commander Gianluca Mirabelli's men are investigating to track down the last of the four boys who escaped from the camp on Via Selvanesco.
All the others, however, were found on Thursday. The girl was located, with the assistance of the Piedmont Highway Police, along the A6 Turin-Savona motorway, near the Fossano (Cuneo) toll booth, heading towards Ventimiglia. The other two, brothers, including the driver of the hit-and-run car, were apprehended on farmland in Beinasco, near Turin.
The judge's orderOn Saturday, Juvenile Judge Ciro Iacomino, at the request of Public Prosecutor Sabrina Ditaranto, confirmed the order the boys had taken. The three boys must therefore remain in the community, away from their families. Furthermore, they will not be able to leave Italy.
