The property at auction
A property owned by a San Marino hospital is up for auction. The ISS (Social Security Institute) has announced a call for tenders for the sale of a house located on Via Fabrizio da Montebello, in Gualdicciolo . The building, which also includes a 30-square-meter garage and an outdoor area of approximately 380 square meters, represents an attractive opportunity for private individuals or renovation companies. The building, constructed in the 1960s and spanning two floors plus an attic, is in need of modernization and upgrading to current living standards. The starting price is set at €130,000, with minimum increases of €5,000 or multiples. To participate in the auction, a deposit equal to 10% of the starting price is required, to be paid by cashier's check made out to the ISS or by a San Marino bank guarantee. The contract will be awarded to the highest bidder, provided their bid is not lower than the starting price. The official tender notice and all detailed technical documentation are available on the ISS website. Interested parties can also book an inspection to view the property and assess the necessary interventions, or request clarification by contacting the General Directorate's office directly. They will provide informational support and guidance on how to participate and the required procedures.
