Zelensky: Moscow's refusal to accept a ceasefire complicates matters

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denounces Russia's refusal to agree to a ceasefire, which he believes "complicates the situation" in achieving the peace plan called for by Donald Trump after yesterday's meeting with Putin. "We see that Russia is rejecting numerous calls for a ceasefire and has not yet decided when it will stop killing," he wrote on social media. "This complicates the situation. If it is unwilling to follow a simple order to cease hostilities, significant efforts may be needed to push Russia to implement something far more important: peaceful coexistence with its neighbors for decades."
