A strike for Gaza will begin tomorrow on trains, buses, ships, and at schools. But the disruptions will continue until November.

MILAN – A dark autumn for travelers. Numerous strikes are already planned from tomorrow until mid-November, both nationally and locally, in the public and private sectors, most in the airline and rail sectors. Strike also proclaimed for rail freight transport , from 9pm on the 21st to the same time on the 22nd September, while a 24-hour stoppage is planned for the motorways from 10pm on the 21st September and for the ports for the whole day on Monday.
Also tomorrow, the firefighters will also protest, but only for four hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. For day and administrative staff, the strike will continue all day Monday. Meanwhile, in the healthcare sector, the strike will begin at the start of the first shift until the end of the last shift on September 22nd.
Schools and universities will close on Black Monday. The Ministry of Education and Merit (MIM) announced that the grassroots union has also called a general strike for "teaching and technical staff in the education and research sector." The strike, called by the Confsai, Cisle, and Conalpe unions, affects teachers in public and private schools of all levels. Possible suspensions of classes, workshops, and activities are also expected at universities .
Demonstrations and sit-ins in various citiesIn addition to the general strike, several pro-Pal demonstrations are planned for tomorrow in major Italian cities. Among others, in Rome, the USB has announced a meeting at 11:00 a.m. in Piazza dei Cinquecento (Termini Station) for a demonstration organized together with pro-Pal and student organizations. "It will be a great day of mobilization and a general strike. All workers, including those affiliated with other unions, will be able to join. This is the time to act to support the Palestinian resistance and the crews of the Global Sumud Flotilla, which departed from Sicily on September 19," says Guido Lutrario, spokesperson for the union. In Milan, a demonstration is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. in Piazzale Cadorna, while in Turin , activists have announced "widespread blockades throughout the city" for 11:00 a.m. and a march from Piazza Castello at 6:00 p.m.

National protests on the same day lasting four hours at airports were called by confederal and grassroots unions. Among the hardest hit were Milan's Linate and Malpensa airports .
