The large garden has been completely redeveloped, as has the structure, which today presents itself with 154 new generation rooms , a very innovative multifunctional hall for 300 people and services designed for a business tourist and not only .

The new ownership has also aimed at relaunching in view of the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics . Entrusted to a well-known Milanese architectural firm , the restyling project has as its basic concept the union of two key words: preserve and enhance. Wherever possible, an attempt was made to preserve the highly valuable materials already present, such as the now very rare green marbles of the reception or the unobtainable pink marbles of the bathrooms of some rooms, with the aim of continuing to convey to the guest the sensation of majesty.
