Regional entrepreneurs reach agreement on Vitesse takeover, rescue closer

A group of regional entrepreneurs, united in the Sterkhouders, has reached an agreement to take over all shares of Vitesse. They will soon submit a request for a change of control to the KNVB licensing committee. This was reported by Vitesse in a press release.
As a first step, Sterkhouders have taken over the shareholder interest (24.9 percent) of Dane Murphy. The American recently announced his departure from the board of directors of the club from Arnhem and wanted to get rid of his shares. The regional entrepreneurs have also reached an agreement with the other four shareholders, Vitesse reports without mentioning amounts.
The Sterkhouders will take over the remaining 75.1 percent of the shares from Flint Reilly, Timo Braasch, Leon Mueller and Bryan Mornaghi if the licensing committee agrees to the change of control. Vitesse also promises to submit a covering budget to the KNVB. The regional entrepreneurs want to stand surety, just like last year.
