A magical journey through time – Historical Picnic at the Tower in Pruchnik [PHOTOS]

On Saturday, June 28, the area around the Pruchnice Tower was bustling with life during the Historical Picnic.

Numerous attractions awaited its participants – historical reconstructions, artistic workshops, outdoor games and demonstrations of old crafts as part of the “Nieginące zawody” project, financed by the “Nasze Traditions” program from the funds of the Ministry of National Education. As part of it, a wickerworker, a cooper and a blacksmith presented themselves. The project also included a unique concert of early music performed by the Early Music Association in Jarosław.

For children, there were art workshops, board games, wooden games, inflatables and horse rides. There was no shortage of local flavors from the Housewives' Association from Hawłowice and Swojska Pajda. The whole was complemented by: a historical lecture by Paweł Romanik, the play "Sejm Białogłowski" performed by the Baccalaureus Theater.
