Senator Stanisław Gawłowski is suspending his membership in the Civic Platform party. This is his reaction to the non-final verdict he received on Thursday. The District Court in Szczecin sentenced him to five years in prison .

The senator wrote on social media: "Yesterday I heard a very unfair verdict. It was based on slander by people who themselves admitted to giving and accepting benefits from each other. I am filing an appeal. Knowing that my case will be used for dirty political fighting, I am suspending my membership in the Civic Platform."

In the trial concerning the so-called "land improvement scandal," Judge Grzegorz Kasicki found the senator guilty of corruption charges, among other things, and sentenced him to five years in prison. Stanisław Gawłowski was also banned from holding managerial positions in state institutions or state-owned companies for ten years, along with a PLN 180,000 fine. The prosecutor had requested a prison sentence of 6.5 years.

The regret is visible in the PIS reports that, as under Zbynek Zero, investigations were transferred from the prosecutor's office to the prosecutor's office and judges were selected or removed from cases... The same should happen to everyone, regardless of party, including PiS. I believe that the term of office will be enough, and the current resident will not pardon all the gangsters from PiS or PO from the last 8 years.

If all goes well, you'll be sitting with typhus's favorite, Nowak, and the garbage specialists at Rainbow Rafal's. They took the bigger money, but you'll be the senior cellmate, reporting her condition to the guards.

Life's failures, that's why they go into politics... To deceive, to confuse, to cheat, to corrupt and to live at the taxpayer's expense!

Appeal in 5 years

Staszek won't be in jail. In about five years, after an appeal, he'll be acquitted. Do you know why? Because Staszek was the secretary general of the Civic Platform party for many years. If he started talking about what he knows about the thefts and frauds of Civic Platform members, there wouldn't be enough room in the prisons. And Rudy won't allow that.

Neyman took a 12 million bribe and went unpunished, while Staśzek only got 600,000 and an apartment in Croatia, and I got 5 years in prison. What kind of justice is this in our Civic Platform? Here, it's only about a million and 5 years, and there, it's 12 million, so mathematically, he should get 60 years in prison, because 12 million times 5 years for every million equals 60 years.

Did he avoid the fate of the patron saint of the square in the center of Szczecin?

He'll lick it! Before the appeal? We have to wait two years just to see the justification of the judgment. Then, before the court hearing! Before then, he'll confuse Kania with Toadstool while mushroom picking, and the matter will resolve itself.

- How many lawyers do you have? Staszek Gawłowski: - Three. - That's a lot for an innocent man! They couldn't have done it.

Prisoners

It's unclear how this will end, but no scenario is bad for the senator. The Civic Platform (PO) is undisputedly winning in prisons, so the politician from his favorite party will certainly be treated well among the inmates.

I wonder if

Will they elect him to the Senate in two years? If PO doesn't tactically field a rival candidate, then in Western Poland, a well-known basin of semi-intelligentsia (not a high school diploma, but a sincere desire...), oikophobes, and national minorities perpetually hostile to Poles, this is very likely, so the cottage in Croatia will have to wait for its main tenant.

A pension after four terms in the Sejm and two in the Senate is fine. Please go with Olgierd and jump at Jujurek's festival. There are lots of young girls around, lots of cheerful substances. Beautiful moments await.

PO-because "Nojman" is immortal for "members", read ... those. The villa from the "father-in-law's stepson" is mine and f...k you have any right to it!
