The first round of the presidential elections will be held in Poland on May 18. If none of the candidates wins an absolute majority of votes, the second round will take place on June 1. The candidates running in the elections are Artur Bartoszewicz (independent), Magdalena Biejat (candidate of the Left), Grzegorz Braun (candidate of the Confederation of the Polish Crown), Szymon Hołownia (candidate of Poland 2050), Marek Jakubiak (candidate of the Free Republicans group), Maciej Maciak (independent), Sławomir Mentzen (candidate of the Confederation), Karol Nawrocki (candidate supported by PiS), Joanna Senyszyn (independent), Krzysztof Stanowski (independent), Rafał Trzaskowski (candidate of the Civic Coalition), Marek Woch (candidate of the Non-Party Local Government Officials), Adrian Zandberg (candidate of the Razem party).
