Firefighters from Tábua and Oliveirinha receive financial support

The Humanitarian Associations of the Volunteer Firefighters of Tábua and Vila Nova de Oliveirinha will receive global financial support of 42 thousand euros, intended for their current activity in the year 2025, within the scope of the protocols signed between the Municipality of Tábua and the two corporations of the municipality.
The recently signed protocols complement, according to a press release from the Municipality of Tábua, "the significant support already provided for the operation of the municipality's four Permanent Intervention Teams, two in each of the associations, whose costs, which are the responsibility of the Municipality, amount annually to more than 155 thousand euros, as well as the collaboration provided in the preparation of an application to the PRR, through which both associations will have access to aid for the acquisition of new vehicles for fighting rural fires."
