Eduardo Bolsonaro threatens Moraes and says Trump will come after the minister and his wife.

Federal Deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), on leave, posted a video on his Instagram profile last Thursday, the 10th, threatening Justice Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF). The congressman, who is on leave in the United States, challenged Moraes to include US President Donald Trump in the fake news investigation.
Contacted through the Supreme Court's press office, the minister had not commented by the time this text was published. The space remains open.
The former president's son said the judge "is not a man," "is weak," and "is afraid" of the American leader.
"Why don't you (Alexandre de Moraes) do the same thing to Trump that you did to me? That you did to Allan dos Santos and Elon Musk... Why don't you include Trump in the fake news investigation?" the politician asks.
"I'm pointing this out to prove that Alexandre de Moraes isn't a man. Alexandre de Moraes is a wimp, Alexandre de Moraes is scared, Alexandre de Moraes isn't sleeping because he knows the Magnitsky Act will soon come into effect," the former president's son teased. The congressman also said that Trump is unpredictable and could also target Moraes' wife.
"With Trump's current status, the Magnitsky Act won't just target him (Alexandre de Moraes), it'll probably target his wife, Fábio Shor, and other Federal Police officials. I don't know... Now everything's in Trump's hands... And he's unpredictable. He could come after the Attorney General's Office," warned the congressman, referring to Federal Police Chief Shor and the Attorney General's Office.
The delegate and attorney general Paulo Gonet came under the radar of Bolsonaro supporters due to the investigations that led to the indictment of former president Jair Bolsonaro.
Eduardo is being investigated for attempting to provoke the U.S. government into imposing sanctions against Brazilian officials, including Moraes himself. The congressman has gone into self-imposed exile in the U.S. and is seeking an intervention from there to grant amnesty to those convicted of the January 8th attack.
The law cited by Jair Bolsonaro's son allows the United States government to punish public officials from other countries for human rights violations.
"If you are a brave person, Alexandre de Moraes, you certainly won't be afraid of President Trump, and you will treat him the same way you have treated us Brazilians, who have no one to turn to.
