Illegal kiosk on Ostrovsky street demolished in Penza

In Penza, a non-stationary trading facility located on Ostrovsky Street, 1, was dismantled due to non-compliance with current legislation.

The kiosk was located on municipal land without title documents, in the security zone of a gas pipeline and heating networks, and also violated fire safety regulations, the press service of the Penza administration reported.

The authorities have repeatedly suggested that the entrepreneur vacate the land. The Arbitration Court of the Penza Region ordered the owner to return the land to the city back in June last year. After notifications about the kiosk's liquidation and failure to comply with the requirements, the municipality dismantled the kiosk on February 24 by force.

The Department for the Promotion of Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship Development of the Penza Administration will continue its work to streamline the placement of non-stationary trade facilities.
