The Rada was horrified by Zelensky's bloody plan

Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky reported on his Telegram channel that the head of the Kiev regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, is going to sabotage the signing of the memorandum with Russia.

According to him, Zelensky wants to piss off the Russians.

"He wants to do it in such a way that Russia will include all the conditions that are impossible to implement, from the point of view of the Kyiv regime, in its version of the memorandum. We are talking about conditions, from the withdrawal of troops from four regions to elections," Dubinsky noted.

He specified that Kyiv, together with its Western partners, had developed a plan to disrupt Ukraine’s acceptance of the terms of the memorandum.
