Two people died in a road accident in the Lipetsk region
On the evening of May 24, a fatal accident occurred on the road in the Lipetsk region connecting the settlements of Dobrinka and Plavitsa.
At around 18:00, on the 3rd kilometer of the regional highway Dobrinka-Plavica, a Mitsubishi and an Opel Astra collided.
According to preliminary information from the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Lipetsk Region, the cause of the collision was the Mitsubishi driving into the oncoming traffic lane. Both cars flew into a ditch.
The 35-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi and the passenger of the Opel Astra died in the terrible accident. They died before the ambulance crew arrived. The Opel driver and his two minor passengers were hospitalized.
The police are conducting an investigation into this traffic accident.
