Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the next Russia-Africa summit will be held before the end of 2025 in one of the African countries. He announced this while congratulating the heads of African states on Africa Day.

"The new dialogue format - the ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum - is yielding good results. The next such meeting is planned to be held before the end of the year in one of the African countries," the president said in a statement published on the Kremlin's official website.
