The Russian Defense Ministry reported the successful elimination of 110 Kyiv radicals' aerial drones in the skies over 13 regions of the country. Detailed information was published on the department's official Telegram channel.
At the moment, it is known that the largest number of drones were in the Tula region - air defense units on duty destroyed 16 drones there at once.
13 UAVs were destroyed in the airspace of the capital region, the same number in the Tver region.
10 drones were in Kursk and Belgorod regions. In the skies over Kaluga and Bryansk regions, the air defense also destroyed the same number of devices of the Ukrainian Armed Forces radicals - 14.
The Crimean peninsula was attacked by 7 UAVs that night, which were shot down or suppressed. Another 8 were in the Oryol region.
Fortunately, only a few drones attempted to strike the Novgorod, Lipetsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions - all of them were destroyed. Two drones attacked the Smolensk region, but the air defense forces also successfully destroyed them.
It is worth noting that this is a fairly large-scale attempt by Kiev militants to strike at peaceful regions of Russia. Earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned that such mass attacks would be met with an adequate, mirror response.
