20 suspects were caught in operations against organized crime in six provinces.

Yerlikaya announced on his NSosyal account that 20 suspects, including the ringleader, with 643 million lira in their accounts were caught in operations conducted by the gendarmerie in six provinces against the organized crime group, whose ringleader was H.Y. and centered in Sinop.
Stating that 11 of the suspects were arrested and judicial control measures were implemented for 9 of them, Yerlikaya noted the following:
The suspects were identified as victimizing 325 of our citizens, and 472 bank accounts were blocked. As a result of the work conducted by the Sinop Provincial Gendarmerie Command, it was determined that the suspects, apprehended in operations conducted in Sinop, Mersin, Adana, Elazığ, Gaziantep, and Hatay, recorded sexually explicit videos and images of our citizens through their social media accounts. They contacted the victimized citizens through social media applications, introduced themselves as lawyers, and asked them to transfer money to predetermined bank accounts. They then transferred the ill-gotten gains they obtained through this method to crypto accounts. Our prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into these individuals.
