BREAKING NEWS ON ILLEGAL BETTING: The verdict has been issued! Serdar Ortaç's punishment has been announced

Serdar Ortaç and Mehmet Ali Erbil, who were referred to court with a request for arrest after giving their statements by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office within the scope of the investigation into the allegation of encouraging illegal betting, were given a judicial control decision in the form of 'house arrest'. The second hearing of the case in which Serdar Ortaç is being tried for the crime of 'advertising and encouraging illegal betting ' was held today at the 25th Criminal Court of First Instance of the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan. The court sentenced Ortaç to 10 months in prison and a judicial fine of 400 lira. The court panel decided to postpone the verdict.
