Work accident in Manavgat: Master falls from scaffolding after being electrocuted

The incident took place in Aşağı Pazarcı Neighborhood, 1084th Street. Mehmet AG, who was installing a freight elevator on the exterior of a 4-storey building, allegedly fell from a height of approximately 4 meters after being electrocuted.

112 Emergency Health teams quickly arrived at the scene upon notification. After the first intervention, Mehmet AG was taken to Manavgat State Hospital and it was reported that he had a broken neck and his life was in danger. The worker, whose condition was serious, was transferred to Antalya Training and Research Hospital.

Security camera footage shows that the craftsman may have fallen as a result of an electric shock while working. Authorities have launched a detailed investigation into the incident.
