Former MKE President İsmet Sayhan was detained

It was learned that İsmet Sayhan, one of the former board chairmen of the Machinery and Chemical Industry (MKE) under the Ministry of National Defense, was detained on August 23.

One more person has been detained as part of an investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into a criminal organization allegedly led by Selahattin Yılmaz. İsmet Sayhan, the former chairman of the board of directors of the Machinery and Chemical Industry (MKE), who was identified as having ties to the organization, was detained in Ankara. Sayhan was brought to Istanbul and is reportedly undergoing processing at the police station.
