A lawsuit has been filed by the plaintiff TOKİ in our court under the number 2025/303 for the determination and registration of the expropriation price of the immovable property numbered 153, parcel 10, İkizce Neighborhood, Yeşilyurt District, Malatya Province, registered in the land registry in the name of the defendant Ayşe DURMUŞ. It is announced in accordance with the 4th paragraph of the 10th article of the Expropriation Law numbered 2942. 15.07.2025
