FILE NO: 2025/285 EXPROPRIATION NOTICE A lawsuit was filed by the plaintiff Mass Housing Administration, which carried out the expropriation, on behalf of the defendant Mehmet Cüreoğlu, for the determination and registration of the expropriation price of the immovable property with the parcel number 3 in the island 150 in the Yeşilyurt District İkizce Neighborhood of Malatya Province, under the file number 2025/285 of our court.
It is announced in accordance with Article 10, Clause 4 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942. 11.07.2025
