Our court, in its file numbered 2023/125, filed a lawsuit regarding the registration of the immovable property numbered 32710 Block, 2 parcels (new 3 and 4 parcels) in the name of Karatay Municipality in return for the determination of the expropriation fee by the court and its registration in the name of Karatay Municipality in return for the advance payment, in the hearing dated 15/01/2025, it was decided to cancel the title deed share record of the immovable property numbered 32710 Block, 2 parcels (new 3 and 4 parcels) in the name of the defendants and to register this immovable share records in the name of the plaintiff Karatay Municipality, free from all encumbrances, the expropriation fee was 3,549,418.90 TL in total, and the plaintiff's attorney's petition dated 11/04/2025 and the announcement of the appeal of this decision. TC ID number 364***562, dated 1960. It is hereby notified to Orhan Urgun by announcement, in lieu of the notification, which will be deemed to have been served 15 days after the announcement date.
