REPUBLIC OF TURKEY RIZE 3RD CIVIL COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE EXPROPRIATION ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with the interim decision given in the case for Determination and Registration of Expropriation Price filed by the plaintiff State Hydraulic Works in our court; with this lawsuit filed in our court, it has been decided that the immovable properties registered in the names of the owners listed below will be expropriated in favor of the plaintiff administration; the estimated values of the immovable properties have been determined by the valuation commission established in accordance with article 8 of Law No. 4650 as amended; pursuant to the same article, no agreement could be reached with the defendants regarding the transfer of the immovable properties to the administration; therefore, a lawsuit has been filed in our court by the administration that carried out the expropriation in accordance with article 10 of Law No. 2942 for the determination and registration of the expropriation price of the immovable property. 1- Within 30 days from the date of publication of this announcement in the newspaper, a lawsuit can be filed in the administrative courts for annulment of the expropriation process and a lawsuit can be filed in the judicial courts for correction of material errors. 2- In the lawsuits to be filed, the hostility will be directed towards the plaintiff administration. 3- If those who file a lawsuit for annulment of the expropriation process in the administrative courts do not document that they filed a lawsuit and received a stay of execution decision within the period stipulated in Article 14 of the Expropriation Law, the expropriation process will be finalized and the immovable property will be registered in the name of the expropriating administration based on the expropriation price determined by the court.

4-The expropriation fee determined by the court will be deposited to the Vakıflar Bankası Rize Branch on behalf of the rightful owners,
