English: No : 2024/1466 Docket ANNOUNCEMENT In the trial of the case for the Appointment of a Representative to the Inheritance Partnership which is being heard by our court and opened in your favor; you are the heir of the testator Hasan Yılmaz who is specified in the petition by our court, a lawsuit has been filed with the Alanya 2nd Civil Court of Peace with the file numbered 2023/1392 for the adjustment of the rental fee for the warehouse shop at the address of Kestel Mah. İsa Küçülmez Cad. No:52/7 Alanya/ANTALYA which is in the testator's estate. In the hearing of the relevant file dated 21.11.2024, it has been seen that a lawsuit has been filed for the appointment of a representative for the estate of the testator Hasan Yılmaz. Despite all the inquiries and address searches by our court, since the defendant EROL YILMAZ was not notified of the lawsuit and the hearing date and no result could be obtained on these issues, the subject of the lawsuit has been transferred to Kestel Mah. İsa Küçülmez Cad. It has been decided to notify you publicly, in accordance with the hearing dated 15/04/2025 and interim decision number 3 of our court, that a lawsuit has been filed by the plaintiff's attorney, Attorney Bahadır Özer, regarding the Appointment of a Representative to the Inheritance Partnership regarding the warehouse shop at the address No: 52/7 Alanya/ANTALYA.
