Qassam deals blow after blow to the Israeli army!

Hamas's military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, announced that they targeted two Israeli tanks south of the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City with high-explosive landmines. The Qassam Brigades released a statement saying, "We targeted two Zionist tanks south of the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of the Rawda area, with high-explosive landmines." The statement also noted that an Israeli rescue team was observed arriving at the scene following the attack. However, no information was released regarding any casualties among the Israeli army.
The Israeli army announced the death of one of its soldiers in a clash in the southern Gaza Strip this evening. The army statement noted that Ori Gerlic, a member of the Kfir Brigade's Samson Battalion, was killed in the clash in southern Gaza. This brings the death toll in Gaza since October 7, 2023, to 899, according to Israeli army data. According to international sources, Israel has imposed strict military censorship on media reporting casualties from attacks by Palestinian groups. The reason for this is stated to be an effort to maintain public morale.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel, with US support, has continued its attacks on Gaza, causing massacres, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement. As a result of these attacks, which ignored calls and decisions of the International Court of Justice to halt them, 62,622 Palestinians, mostly women and children, lost their lives and 157,673 were injured. More than 9,000 people have also disappeared, hundreds of thousands have been displaced, and 281 people, including 114 children, have died from famine.
Hamas described the resignation of coalition ministers in the Netherlands as a "courageous and moral stance." In a written statement, Hamas praised the stance taken by Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp and his resignation alongside other ministers. The statement said, "This principled stance against the genocide and famine waged against the Palestinian people represents humanitarian values and reaffirms adherence to international law. It also sends a strong message that action must be taken to stop attacks on innocent civilians."
The statement noted that the resignations came at a time when the United Nations had declared a famine in Gaza. It added that this step provided motivation for the international community to boycott, punish, and pressure Israel to stop its crimes of genocide and famine. Hamas also called on other governments to assume their moral and political responsibilities, reject its fascist occupation policies, implement deterrent sanctions, and take immediate action to lift the blockade against the Palestinian people.
Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp stated that additional measures were necessary during parliamentary discussions on August 21st and 22nd, where the implementation of tougher measures and sanctions against Israel was discussed. Following the Cabinet meeting, Veldkamp told reporters that he had decided to resign, stating that he could not continue in his position due to the opposition of other parties and ministers in the cabinet to further sanctions against Israel. Deputy Prime Minister Eddy van Hijum, Chairman of the NSC and Minister of Social Affairs and Employment in the interim government, also announced the resignations of other NSC ministers in the government following Veldkamp's resignation. Van Hijum said, "We have decided to follow the stance of our Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp."
